Texas Size Fried Jalapeno Peppers

5 large jalapeno peppers

1 cup flour

1 egg

1 cup milk

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

salt & pepper to taste

Veg. oil


Add garlic powder, salt & pepper to flour, stir. Whisk egg and milk together in separate bowl. Cut peppers in half (de-seed if desired), dip into wet mixture then dry. Repeat. Deep fry in oil until golden brown. Dip in ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
